We just had the most interesting time talking with  sculptor Andrew Marsh at Josephine Sculpture Park. He has been carving big wood there during April 2013, transforming 3 logs into abstract sculptures – chainsaw style! These 3 carved pieces, from 8’L x 22″D maple, 8’L x 30″D maple, and 10’L x 37″D sycamore, will be unveiled in the set of JSP’s 2013 Summerstage production of William Shakespeare’s “As You Like It”, June 6-8 & 13-15, directed by Kathi E.B. Ellis. Wood donated by Foree’s Tree Service. We took 3 pictures and you can see his progress on his Facebook page by clicking on his name above.
