02 Talisman for White Horse 2

12x8x1 inch, watercolor, acrylic, graphite and collage on Arches cover paper, laminated on a wood panel and varnished. Horsetail beads from Sunwise Farm and Sanctuary. The horse, that can move back and forth, is rawhide horse hair, fabric, wire and beads.

Talisman for White Horse 2 depicts a white pictograph painted on the walls of Chauvet Caves in France. The paintings are dated to 32,000 BC, which makes them the world’s oldest artwork.
