Spring Gifts at the Talismans Reception

In two days when you come to the Talismans reception you will find a few gifts to celebrate Spring – the Vernal Equinox. I am sharing just 20 signed and numbered postcards of Golden Door from an Equinox exhibit in 2001, Cosmic Nest. And you may also choose a  talisman affirmation scroll.

Celebrate the Vernal Equinox by making your own yellow paper beads for a talisman. I’ll have supplies to make paper beads. You bring other yellow, spring- like beads or anything else that strikes your fancy. I’ll share information about Spring-East from the 4 seasons – 4 directions class.

March 28

Bead techniques like embroidery, peyote stitch, and lazy stitch will be discussed. I’m bringing examples and books from my collection. You may bring your projects to show.

April 4

Learn about the use of the Shamanic Rattle for clearing energy, materials used in making one, I’ll bring in some from my collection to show examples of beadwork design.

April 11

Ancient Beads! I am bringing my books and some gorgeous ones. A guest bead collector will bring some to show from her world travels that she collected for her shop.
