A Magical Evening in the Studio
Yesterday I started three new paintings, and finished a few. It’s an understatement to say it was a more productive day than it has been lately. As I sat in the setting sun light observing them I was filled with a grateful feeling that comes from just sitting, and being with what did not exist a few hours before. Sitting in the wonder of what will come on the next layers. So I indulged myself with taking a studio tour of what I can see from my chair in the beautiful light.

The images of your beautiful paintings in the setting of your studio is such a delight to see along with your writing of your magical evening. It’s not something we often get to see so clearly. It’s practically like being there with you. Thank you!
I was so excited about the new direction of the paintings, then the setting sun illuminated the whole scene as I sat without the need to do anything else except feel blessed, and to share the feeling, if possible. So I am happy that you had a sense of joining in on the benediction of creativity – art and our beautiful cosmos. It is something I wish for everyone to experience, creativity and a sense of wonder.
